Out of State Brokers interested in signing up for the 60 hours Ethics and Office management Broker Modules should contact the New Jersey Real Estate Commission prior to embarking on any such program to determine if they qualify and to obtain approval for the course work they intend to pursue and secure a waiver of the 90 hours General knowledge module. The NJREC does not recommend you register until you have the 90 hour waiver.
